Purchased our Tacoma on 3/25/18 with sales rep Miquel, very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, after the sale was a different story, within an hour we noticed no jack and no owners manual we called him immediately and he said come by the lot. So on 3/27/18 with full payment of vehicle in hand I went to the dealership on Lomas, I called his cell and he said he was doing an off lot vehicle purchase to come back in an hour which I did. This dealership has damaged my vehicle by dropping unknown object on the hood and damaging both side fenders of my vehicle and they try to hide the damage by fixing it and painting my vehicle without my permission and returning it back to me without my knowledge of the damages until I found out few days after pick-up. After finding out the truth Paul Di Lorenzo (OWNER) promise to do what it takes to handle this situation but it has been nothing but empty words. Now they have their lawyer involved and they are not doing an... read more

We bought a new GMC truck last year and seriously considered buying from Quality, but so glad we didn't. We live in Albuq and time again we are disappointed when trying to get service from Quality. The service department generally has a disrespectful tone and seems like we are a bother. We called earlier today 12/22 about getting an oil change and we're told to come in early this afternoon. When we arrived the entire department is shut down for a Christmas party and we were treated as if we were crazy for being there exp... read more

Bought a Kia Soul used from this company. Two months later we STILL don't have our license plates! Telephone calls go unanswered.., promises to find out what happened go unmet. Have left messages for Paul DiLorenzo, co-owner, no return call. Left messages and have spoken to Tim Jones, salesman. He promises to get back with answers and doesn't. Left message for Luz, the License and Fees clerk, no returned calls. Next step Better Business Bureau! If this is how they do business for a service for which they've already been paid... read more
