The property is so well-maintained, but it's the helpfulness from the management staff that keeps my family so happy living here! They take great care of the residents, and they actually listen when you're in need of something....and they work very FAST! You'll love it here.

Our family has lived here for almost 14 years now, in three different apartments. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance two thumbs up. When we call with a problem they are here with in 24 hours in most cases, even if it’s after their normal hours. The complex is dog friendly with pet sanitation bag dispensers and waste cans. A lot of grassy areas. Quatama Crossing is also very accessible for those who are handicapped and in a mobility chair. With wide sidewalks and plenty of ramps makes it very eas... read more
