And with all of that, everyone is kind and positive when I interact with them. I've dealt with many types of living situations, so my appreciation for such kindness and intention in communicating and relating is deep.

Why because I... (Verified Renter) Why because I love the big windows quite neighborhood low crime. I do not like that there is not designated dog areas. The dogs basically use the entire grass brush and wood bark as there personal bathroom. I had over 16 piles of dog feces that was not picked up and left right by my deck.

2nd hand smoke... (Verified Renter) 2nd hand smoke is a real issue in all the covered areas..blend of cigarettes and marijuana Trash is readily found throughout community and staff members do make an effort but often goes days or weeks before noticing or only respond after alerting office. Dog poop on sidewalks and not picked up near building A is another reason.
