Most maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) Most maintenance staff at apartments that I have dealt with are pretty rude, to be honest. There have been times they didn't take care of my issue for a week or two. I am impressed with how timely and courteous these guys are. They know exactly what they are doing and do it with respect.

The rent might be on the pricier side of things, but given it essentially comes with a pool membership, a workout room membership, a basketball court, a community, computer room, movie/game theater, and communal kitchen, the rent is well worth it.
