The apartment itself... (Verified Renter) The apartment itself is fine for the price and the fact that it's income controlled. I just got divorced so I needed this place and am happy to be here with my daughter. But in another year I will finish certification I'm working on and be moving out with a new job above the income levels I hope. I would recommend this complex to anyone within the income limits but I don't think it's intended for long term. One problem is sound carries through the walls ,floor, and ceiling so easily.... read more

One thing I... (Verified Renter) One thing I would not recommend is the unit above when using the bathroom like taking shower, flushing the toilet, the water sewer is so loud that is kind of bothering.
