I think It took much too long to set up a new account and open 3 CD’s, about an hour. I was told the teller could help me, but then they couldn’t and I had to wait for a customer rep. I have two joint accounts with my husband, but wanted to open an account for myself with inherited money. I had to answer 7 difficult questions from a credit bureau and either I answered a question wrong or the customer rep typed my answer wrong, but then I had to answer 7 more. I always usually have a good experience except today the teller was less than friendly. Your other tellers make up for her slack. she was probably having a bad day because i’m hoping that’s just not her everyday personality

Please find a way to be able to accept my international phone number for account verifications as I cannot continue to have the code sent to my mother's cell phone every time.
