when i switched my banking from gainesville to radiant in lake city, i recieved nothing but the upmost respect and it was easy to switch my 2 direct deposits.i thank all that helped me and they made me feel welcomed.

I think It took much too long to set up a new account and open 3 CD’s, about an hour. I was told the teller could help me, but then they couldn’t and I had to wait for a customer rep. I have two joint accounts with my husband, but wanted to open an account for myself with inherited money. I had to answer 7 difficult questions from a credit bureau and either I answered a question wrong or the customer rep typed my answer wrong, but then I had to answer 7 more.
