Update: Nicole's little comment below is BULLSHIT, by the way. The issue has not been handled. They gave us a small refund after we discovered they charged us for a load of "services" they didn't actually perform. We are still extremely upset and honestly just shocked. Now my dad puts signs up in our neighborhood to warn neighbors not to use Radiant.
