Be cautious if you are looking to replace your HVAC with Radiant!! We purchased a new Goodman HVAC system in June 2018 from Radiant, having used them in the past, along with a 10 year extended service warranty. We were assured by Radiant that the Goodman was a good as a Trane (which were not available at the time) and would last 10-15+ years. Last year, our HVAC went out in early May. Radiant incorrectly installed a considerably priced A/C unit in our attic. They did not leave any room for the opening of the condensation line, which resulted in the drain pan overflowing and causing water damage to the ceiling below it. They sent multiple technicians out to "fix" the clogged condensation lines but did not correct the installation issue until after I made an in-person visit to their office with video evidence and notes from the multiple technician visits and notes from each visit. Radiant sold me a new ac unit, and installed it today. $11,000 later, it's so loud, it is deafening. Everyone says they will help, and they never came back to check on it. And, a few hours later, we realized our upstairs unit wasn't working. How convenient on the same exact day they are here, it's not working. Do not do business with them.

Nice staff, but 3 times the cost of other companies. When they are there and your in a pinch, you are forced to use them. Too bad that the commercials make it look like they are the one's to go to. Will use someone else next time.

BEWARE - They charge as much as $1000 per hour for labor, just crazy. No itemized receipts, poor customer service, and a lot of taking advantage of people. Do not use these guys.

Look out for Radiant, Jude Gonzales gave me 5 quotes all charging $1000/hr. One bid after I changed what I wanted where the work would have been under an hour, 20 min. The rate was still $975/hr!! On top of this they sent out two people for the job, and couldn't figure that out in their own system?!?! I alerted them about this and told them I just got two text messages that two technicians are on there way to my house. Is this a mistake? Radiant charged us 17K....yes 17K!!! to replace our sewage grinder pump a week ago. Then they refused to give us an itemized receipt afterwards for parts and labor. Doing so is against company policy. These pumps cost between 1K and 4K plus labor. You can do the math. Now it's a week later and the pump is broken and the alarm is going off. Buyer beware! Do not use Radiant. They have many negative reviews for price gouging and replacements not working.

In the strongest and nicest way possible, find someone else. Anyone else. We have been trying for about a year and a half to get our brand new unit in a working state. The issue doesn't seem to be the unit itself, but the extraordinarily poor installation performed by Radiant. Here's a quick rundown. Had a couple of estimates from a couple of companies to replace my HVAC unit. Radiant gave 3 estimates ranging from approximately $9,000 to 13,000. I selected the middle which was $11,400. The work was done in a timely manner, techs arrived at approx. 8:00 am and finished by 2:45 pm. Unfortunately, it took until approx. 10 pm for the temp to reach the set temp of 75 from it's high of 84 degrees.
