Austin Energy detected a large leak at my house while I was away on vacation. They shut off the water and told me to call a plumber to evaluate leak and fix. Called Radiant and they sent a person out and said it would cost me around $6000 to fix issues. I didn't have much choice since I was gone and didn't want any further damage, I agreed. Poor quality service always different guys coming out and none seem to be knowledgeable I wouldn't recommend this company very very expensive and then I found out they laid off half the company including good techs then just laid off another 20 percent and it's just a terrible expensive corporation I will go elsewhere

Radiant plumbing charged us 9000 dollars to inspect the drainage issue at our 4Plx apartment and 20000 dollars more to fix it since it needs to be "repiped" But we hired another company and they only charged us 400 dollars without the need of repipe Their price is ridiculous and we will be filing complaints for sure for malpractice and fraud!!

On 6/16/21 Radiant Air Conditioning installed a 5-ton Goodman Air Conditioning Unit with UV Light at a cost of $16441.66. The system began experiencing issues on 6/18/21 just two days after installation and has since been serviced 16 times due to various malfunctions that have resulted in non-function in both heat exceeding 100 degrees and below freezing leaving the home virtually uninhabitable during these time periods. Not at all happy with the service we received from Radiant! As another customer mentioned, Radiant should spend less time developing and worrying about their commercials and spend more time and attention on their customers HVAC installation! Back in November 2021, Radiant came out and, what we thought, installed a 4ft plenum, replaced all supply collars, and added dampers (at their recommendation). We trusted them as professionals. High responsiveness, low value. Repair (replacement of a subordinate tube [pinhole leak]) elicited a technician-claimed need to replace all faucet and drain hardware for two sinks due to non-availability of a very basic replacement part. Tech was not able/willing to craft a replacement part despite being a certified journeyman plumber; which ratcheted up the cost of "repair" by an order of magnitude. Off of Amazon I bought garbage disposal. Called Radient to install it. Took maybe 45 minutes. The bill was $500. They did give me a 25. discount. Be aware of them. I called to ask was that their real price. I thought maybe someone was padding the bill. It was my fault as I (not thinking) signed. Be Careful and check out the estimates first.

Beware of scare tactics. I had drains backing up from the toilet and shower. They charged me a high service fee to just show up. Then they fixed the issue just enough to last a day or two and waited for me to call them back to fix the issue again. They gave me two options; one for $65,000 and the other for $95,000. I waited to get a second opinion from another plumbing company who pulled out two root balls and got things flowing for the next 6 months or so. Again, please get multiple quotes as always. My wife and I had Radiant come to home for a leak repair on a pipe between our garage and kitchen. To allow easy access we authorized the tech to directly access the pipe through our kitchen wall cutting the sheetrock. The repair included two elbow joints and 11 inches of pipe and was straight forward and quick. The charge was $938.
