Very helpful staff...all obviously love animals are are truly interested in each pet.

Rea Road Animal Hospital is awesome! The staff is always friendly and the doctors are caring and compassionate. Huge shout out to Dr. Forhecz who we followed from Long Animal Hospital to Rea Road. She saved my Bichon's life (pneumonia) and treated one my beagles for cancer. She truly makes us feel like we're family and she's invested in our furbabies. We have been utilizing Rea Road Animal Hospital for 6 years for our dog and cats veterinarian care and they have always provided outstanding service. They were able to diagnose 2 of our cats that our previous veterinarian couldn't. Several of our cats have had surgery here and never had an issue. They always follow up after every visit and if our animal was sick the doctor always calls us direc to discuss the situation! We wouldn't take our babies anywhere else!

Took my lab here for a bad ear infection related to swimming, when he wasn't able to get fit for days into my regular vet's office. They got him in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and made a treatment plan that showed marked improvement within several hours' time. Stanley is the only one a bit upset because he has to stay out of the pool and beach for two weeks, but his Mama is very pleased and happy. Al

Very caring Vet. I have been bring my dog Bentley to this practice since we got him. This pst weekend I called because he was sick and even though they were fully booked they worked me in. I expected a long wait but they got him right in.

I stopped going to Rea Road when the practice sold because I could no longer afford it & some of the changes in my opinion were not for the best - HOWEVER - a recent terrifying (& ongoing) event with my dog Zoe made me realize I couldn't afford NOT to be with Dr Gillis & Dr Dozier. They are the absolute best. Top notch. My cat had sudden swelling under his jaw that needed attention. We got an appointment very quickly (they squeezed us in at the end of the day) and they were great. The staff is excellent. The cat needed a minor procedure and they did it immediately. They provided a written estimate in advance along with all of the info I'd need for after surgery. We usually use a mobile vet but I'm switching based on their superior service.

These folks are great! We had an emergency and called our regular vet of 20 plus years, Sun Valley. They wouldn't even assess our pet's issue and referred us to the emergency vet. We simply couldn't afford that. We called Rea Road Animal Hospital, they were busy , but worked him in. They assessed and treated him. He's doing well now. These guys are terrific. Our 2 dogs and other 6 cats will be going there from now on. Thank you guys. .
