Very thorough and very nice!!! Answerd every question I had about the inspection as he was doing it, never felt like I was bothering him was happy to be of service to me and my husband. I would highly recommend this company and definitely request John Colarossi to do the inspection.

I had a couple of questions for the inspector about the report that was written I got his voicemail and he was very prompt at returning my call and courteous. I would recommend them and use them again if I need another home inspection done.
