John was detailed and thorough. Took the time to explain to us everything he was inspecting like HVAC and pipes. Went above and beyond and really made us feel more confident about our purchase as first time home buyers.

REI sent John C to do our inspection. He arrived early and fully prepared to do a thorough inspection. We walked the property together and he explained clearly everything he was looking at and what the possible issues were and why. Would fully recommend.
