John C. was very thorough during the inspection and discussed all his findings, things to watch and any needed repairs or updates with us. He is knowledgeable and went beyond the scheduled time to make sure that all the details were covered. He is affable, easy to work with and even asked us to reach out to him if we had any questions after the inspection! I would highly recommend him.
