Great guy that did the inspection! Very personable and thorough! Wonderful gal that answered the phones! She was efficient and also well versed in what the inspection entailed and gave good timelines for completion of inspection report. Karen and Pete were the two that helped us w our project. Thanks guys!!!
They're very quick to respond, very clear about what they offer and what to be expected, and from what I can tell, they did a very thorough and nice job letting me understand what issues are there and gave me a range of estimate and potential actions to be taken to fix the issues, so that I have a pretty good idea of where to go from there. I'll hire them again without any hesitation.
I checked other home inspection companies. REI gave me the best price for the service that I required. The service was phenomenal. I received the report the same night after the inspection. I liked that they gave estimates of what it would cost to fix each problem. I would use this company again.

I was very impressed with Real Estate Inspections. The inspector, David Williams, was punctual and very professional. He was thorough and pointed out some things that were not so obvious. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. The price was reasonable, even my realtor said we got a good deal.
