This home inspector takes his time he knows what he's talking about because he's got a lot of experience he found everything that was wrong with the house and we even got the owner of the house too buy us a new AC and heating system update thanks to him. He inspected everything that needed to be fixed and then some I would definitely recommend him anywhere in the South Jersey or tri-state area.
Frank was really awesome explaining the whole procedure to me & John Cileberto, the inspector, was thorough through the inspection, answering all my questions and also pointed out what needed attention during the inspection.

Responsive in scheduling and following up with a thorough report including pictures and a very helpful summary.
The inspection was great. Very detailed and fair. The inspector took the time to discuss potential issues and things to bring up with the builder. This was an independent inspection for a new construction. After reviewing the report with the builder he had asked who performed the inspection. Our builder said that this was one the most comprehensive and fair reports he had seen and that they were worth the money. I would use them again and refer them to friends and family in a heart beat!
Pete was great! He was knowledgeable about his expertise of work. He was honest, kind, and respectful.
