I recently got a new home property assistant done. They are very professional and the pricing is competitive across the aisle. I am very satisfied by the work and the report that I got. I would definitely recommend them for any form of home services.
My inspector was named David Williams. I used him twice and both times, he was thorough, honest and really clear about the various strengths and challenges of each property. Plus, his demeanor is professional and amicable. I wish he lived closer, 'cause I feel like he'd be a clutch BFF. Ha ha ha. Very talented and very helpful. THANK YOU!
REI was thorough, reasonably priced and gave great information. The inspector took pictures of everything and gave me a comprehensive overview. Could have been a little more detailed on the issues that came up, but that required a engineer so I can't really complain about that. Price is very reasonable

We had Aaron Hooper as our inspector. He was thorough and had very helpful answers to all of our questions. Frank, who set up the inspection over the phone, was also very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the whole home inspection process.
Frank was absolutely fantastic! He was about 30 minutes early, he explained everything that was going on, and provided an excellent report. The report came earlier than promised. I absolutely love the drone pictures of the roof. Scheduling with Karen was a breeze. She explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect. This is our first home purchase and could not have asked for a better home inspection company. We are so pleased with each step in the process.
The initial person that contacted me, (Adrienne) was very helpful in explaining what the inspection would cover and worked with me on scheduling. My inspector Frank Castiglione, was very thorough and personable. He answered all my questions and gave me a clear picture on what I am getting myself into.
