First experience buying a home. The Inspector was on time, very friendly and informative and VERY thorough. Our report was 86 pages long! Would recommend.
This was the best home inspection I've had quality and detail wise. Pete was super knowledgeable, very patient, answered all questions in detail without making you feel rushed, he took his time to make sure he covered all the areas. The main report ended up being 96 pages and we received it in 48hrs as promised! It included high/low estimates for most issues and they were pretty accurate after comparing them to estimates received from contractors. In regards to customer service Karen was excellent. Very kind and extremely informative
The inspection was conducted on 06/02/2017-9am. Well worth the money. Eric, the inspector was thorough and explained everything as he went along. The report was fast and also really well explained that even a 2nd grader could understand the report. i definitely will be recommending them to all my family and friends looking to purchase a home. I would be using them again and hopefully Eric will be the one sent out to conduct the inspection. Thank you.
