Arrived on time, informative during my walk through with the inspection. The detailed report with photos is beneficial for the negotiation process of house buying bypassing the hardship of trying to point out this and that from obvious defects.

Our inspector was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He completed the planned work in a timely manner and his report was complete and very helpful to us. He used a video camera-equipped drone for the roof and chimney inspections resulting in a more detailed inspection of these hard-to-access areas and a time saving on his part.

I called and spoke with Frank for an estimate. From the beginning, I felt that this company knew what they were doing. Since this was my first time getting a home inspection (first time home buyer) I had no idea what I was going to get into. Frank went through what they inspect and how it is completed. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to make the appointment within 3 days of me calling for the estimate. We had to reschedule to a later time, but it was not inconvenient to any party involved in the inspection. The report was very detailed and organized with estimated costs for repairs. It was easy to read and follow when it came time to make repairs.
We had no idea that we were supposed to have the inspection done within 10 days From the signing of the contingency contract.. so we were in a rush scheduling a home inspector and was so happy that the wizard scheduler /sales manager Frank was able to squeeze us in, in such a short notice.
