They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to make the appointment within 3 days of me calling for the estimate. We had to reschedule to a later time, but it was not inconvenient to any party involved in the inspection. The report was very detailed and organized with estimated costs for repairs. It was easy to read and follow when it came time to make repairs.
We had no idea that we were supposed to have the inspection done within 10 days From the signing of the contingency contract.. so we were in a rush scheduling a home inspector and was so happy that the wizard scheduler /sales manager Frank was able to squeeze us in, in such a short notice. Aaron was our Inspector, he was so professional, informative and patient with us. I followed him around during the inspection and he showed me and explained everything that I should know. He made me feel like he was there for me and to make me more informed. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home.

The man who did the inspection was very helpful in explaining all that he was doing, and each item that he was citing in his report. I also really appreciated the timing of the whole experience. We were able to easily schedule the inspection in 2 days and then received the written report the following morning. This was extremely helpful as we were eager to settle quickly so my daughter and her husband could hopefully move in before their baby was born. They were excellent. The Contractor was on top and did a inspection from top to bottom did very good job
