I give REI a full 5 star rating. Karen was so helpful in getting me scheduled for the time frame I needed which was within 2 days of first speaking to her. Frank did an amazingly thorough job. Because I am a first time buyer, I felt, he went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on, his process and all of the issues he saw, whether minor or not. I highly recommend REI for home inspections.

This was a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. The scheduler was professional and organinzed - everything was followed up by email confirmations. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and product was excellent. A true Nordstrom-like experience - for those who know what I am tallking about- which is pleasently unexected in this field. I would 100% recommend them.

Jere was already there looking at the house before I arrived. We had a thorough 3 hrs inspection walking around and in the house. Jere was super nice and took his time to explain every detail. He was very professional. He took pictures of all what he thinks was defective. The report that followed was thorough and detailed and was back in 48 hrs. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I need their business.
They did three inspections, home inspection, wood damaging insects, as well as the radon test. They found a few repairs, provided a written report that included what would have to be completed in order to correct the repair as well as an estimated price for the repair. They were very professional, they were on time (actually a few minutes early), and I received the report that night.
