My first review was it kind to the office staff. I was wrong The entire project was first rate
Unless you own a printer you can't get a copy of your report. Inspector was great on time and very thorough The first contact Karen Lisinisli was 1st rate
They seem to offer more for the same amount of money than others, including an environmental report and a contractor list, and they seemed very thorough. They were very accommodating with scheduling and getting the report turned around in a tight deadline. I would definitely recommend to others.

I give REI a full 5 star rating. Karen was so helpful in getting me scheduled for the time frame I needed which was within 2 days of first speaking to her. Frank did an amazingly thorough job. Because I am a first time buyer, I felt, he went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on, his process and all of the issues he saw, whether minor or not. I highly recommend REI for home inspections.
Very professional and informative throughout the process. The home inspector arrived on time and even provided some additional useful information about the property.
This was a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. The scheduler was professional and organinzed - everything was followed up by email confirmations. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and product was excellent. A true Nordstrom-like experience - for those who know what I am tallking about- which is pleasently unexected in this field. I would 100% recommend them.
