The inspector was extremely thorough and helpful during the inspection. He explained the discrepancies as he found them. The appointment process was quick and easy. Payment was convenient. The report was emailed to me the very next day. First class service and very reasonable fees.

Unless you own a printer you can't get a copy of your report. Inspector was great on time and very thorough The first contact Karen Lisinisli was 1st rate
They seem to offer more for the same amount of money than others, including an environmental report and a contractor list, and they seemed very thorough. They were very accommodating with scheduling and getting the report turned around in a tight deadline. I would definitely recommend to others.
