This is a very professional company, great customer service and reliability. Dave came out and did a very thorough job, he was extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them!

We used Real Estate Inspection for our pre-drywall and final inspection on our new home. Frank was great at scheduling our inspections which included a last minute change of date/time. Needed a last minute appointment. Homeadvisor did not schedule the appointment as they told us they did but Real Estate Inspections fit us in the next day anyway and did an excellent job.

They did a very comprehensive job and identified some serious electrical issues prior to our close which if not resolved would have made it impossible to get home owners insurance. The only reason they are not a 5 is because during the inspection, the breaker box was tripped causing the heater and several lamps not to work. When the seller discovered, we asked them to return so we could have them inspect and they said it would be 3 weeks before they could return. Otherwise, very thorough and excellent service.
