They did a very comprehensive job and identified some serious electrical issues prior to our close which if not resolved would have made it impossible to get home owners insurance. The only reason they are not a 5 is because during the inspection, the breaker box was tripped causing the heater and several lamps not to work. When the seller discovered, we asked them to return so we could have them inspect and they said it would be 3 weeks before they could return. Otherwise, very thorough and excellent service.
Excellent customer service over the phone. The inspector was polite, thorough and knowledgeable.
We follow the inspector during the whole inspection, and they have a very detailed inspection, always prompt to answer any question that we had and very detailed report. I definitively hire them again !!
