The inspector was very thorough. He checked every area of the house in detail. I would definitely recommend.
Jere was already there looking at the house before I arrived. We had a thorough 3 hrs inspection walking around and in the house. Jere was super nice and took his time to explain every detail. He was very professional. He took pictures of all what he thinks was defective. The report that followed was thorough and detailed and was back in 48 hrs. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I need their business.
They did three inspections, home inspection, wood damaging insects, as well as the radon test. They found a few repairs, provided a written report that included what would have to be completed in order to correct the repair as well as an estimated price for the repair. They were very professional, they were on time (actually a few minutes early), and I received the report that night.
Excellent company and individuals!! Jere was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He pointed out all the things we needed to address, thanks to his assessment we had leverage to negotiate a better price. The inspection is definitely important to the home buying process and I would definitely recommend Real Estate Inspections !!!
The inspection was very thorough. Learned a lot (both major and minor issues) from the inspector, about the house we bought. If nothing else, I have list of DIY projects to keep be busy for sometime to come! I'd recommend this company.
Great experience. We had some issues with the termite clarification for a mortgage, gave us a refund without any hassles.
Frank, the gentleman I made the appointment with, was very thorough in explaining what was going to take place at the inspection and Pete the inspector was very polite when he arrived. Pete did an extensive inspection which provided us with all the pertinent details needed (and then some!)
They did a great job. Very accommodating. He took his time and explained to us everything we wanted to know and he was carefully looking through everything and making us fully aware of the necessary things that had to take place for the home to be up to our satisfaction.
The inspector was knowledgeable and on time to do the job. The price was good too.
