We had a very positive experience with Real Estate Inspections. They were prompt and their customer service was excellent. They provided detailed documentation and were very accommodating in terms of scheduling. Our inspector, Pete, was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeble and was certified in Radon which apparently is hard to come by. The owner, Woody, was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this company especially to those purchasing their first home!
I highly recommend Real Estate Inspections. The pre inspection process was simple and easy. I received 1 email that allowed me to pay and confirmed my appointment. The phone representative that set up my appointment was also polite and professional. Pete Ciliberto was our inspector and he was amazing. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. I'm in the process of buying a very small fixer upper in Lansdowne. It's my first house and I was really apprehensive about the home inspection process. However, the home inspection is the only part of this process that has gone smoothly. Real Estate Inspectors were incredibly easy to work with and my inspector, David, was very thorough, friendly, and got there before I did (which is impressive because I'm always early). Excellent and professional.
Dave was our inspector for a house we're looking to buy. He came early, extremely nice and helpful. Would hire again and recommend to others. Inspection was done on a Saturday and we got our report on Monday.
