Got a home inspection for a foreclosed house. The inspection was very thorough, Dave Williams was the inspector, and he was there for 4 hours! The price was pretty high, but well worth it considering the service.

I had my roof inspected after Lowes sub-contractors did an inferior job installing a Bitumen Roofing system on my home one year ago. You might be able to get an inspection for a little less, but I was very happy with the inspection that was performed. Service was excellent, on-time and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The guy that did my test actually had the results sooner than I expected. I didn't feel like he was hyping up the project to get the most amount of money out of me. He was honest and I appreciate that.
These guys were $155 LESS than the company I hired a week earlier for a different house and they were just as good if not better. Would highly recommend, would use them again.
