Get directionsThis restaurant is an old fav of ours so this time we took the kids (age 10 & 12) and had a fabulous meal - sushi, seafood & steak. A bit pricey but good quality food. Service was a bit on the slow side but very friendly. Restaurant is very cool so wear a cardigan or jacket!
Delicious homemade biscuits, fresh out of the oven were passed around during our lunch. My husband's lobster roll was outstanding. I had a wonderful sea bass en croute with tomatoes, olives, and potatoes. We loved our entire experience and would definitely return.
We've been to Redeye Grill before. However, this time we had theatre tickets and needed to be out by a certain time. It was not a relaxing meal, everything was cold when it came to the table and we had to really rush at the end. Since t his is the second time we've been there, and the first time was much better, we will give it a try again.
Excellent experience. My special requests (tax exempt certificate and separate bar bill) were handled in advance and VERY professionally. The food was fine and the service excellent on a busy Friday evening.
Oysters, lobster, shrimp, sushi, rolls, and the presentation are great. Wine list could be better particularly weak on the mid to low priced whites that accompany sea food. On a Saturday after the peak lunch hour the service should have been great but was only mediocre. Overall a good restaurant for mid town.
We wrote in our reservation request that we were celebrating an engagement. The Maitre D' was most attentive to that even sending over champagne for a toast. Each of us had something different and each of us was very happy. Dessert was amazing.
met an old friend, great service and food. Have been many times and love the Red Eye!!!
Need improvement on there white wine offerings. Food was creative and ofhigh quality. Wait staff was excellent.
Overall experience was good - had fun. Only call out was the Lobster Mac & Cheese my friend ordered. She seemed disappointed that there were only 2 lobster pieces placed on top. The menu made it sound as if lobster was mixed in with the pasta. Maybe it should be called Lobster with Mac & Cheese so doesn't seem misleading.
