I rented a townhouse in Whitehaven from Reedy & Co on 3/22/19. When I entered the townhome the first time it was very dirty. The dining area floor was covered is dirt and there was a wooden plank just lying in the middle of the floor. There was a feces stain in the downstairs toilet and dead roaches throughout the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom counters all have nasty looking open spaces under them.
