Very unprofessional, lack of structure and they only care about collecting rent. They spend more time sending out emails 15 days before the rent is due and spends less time fixing any issues. They are very rude and wants NO knowledge or understanding about their tenants well being. The collections department is horrible and needs communication training. This company is just sad!

Worst rental company ever! Please do not rent through them. I stayed in my home 8 years total 1year dealing with Reedy over the property. Reedy never viewed my home upon me signing my new lease with them, so keep in mind I stayed in the home 8 years, OH yeah and I didnt move in a new ready home I moved in a fair condition home. A representative from our collections department talked to her about the charges on July 24. She informed her that the July charges were canceled. The only thing she has to pay was the move-out charges. As for the disputes, we responded to her dispute on July 25th denying the dispute UNLESS she had proof of the things she claimed in it. Our collections rep even called that same day and explained it as well.
As far as them getting me into a home, great. However, there are issues I pointed out and put in several maintenance requests for that have still not been seen about a year later. The tub has rust in it, and it always a different story when I put in a maintenance request for it to be resurfaced: we need permission from the owner, we tried calling you. It's been over a year. I was renting a house for five years, and Reedy bought the house. While I was in the house I was without lights for two months due to them half fixing everything code enforcement told them to fix. Then on top of that they kept failing inspections. ***** had to move. When they bought the house it was a lot of things I needed fix that never got fixed while I was in the home. The ********* Townhomes have gone down!!!!! They are moving anybody over here including the people from The PepperTree Apts. There are multiple people hanging out, roaming *********. This place use to be quiet but Ive witnessed drug deals, etc. I urge all current residents to get security cameras and a GUN!

*** lived at the residence for 5 years and have never been late on my rent. In the beginning everything was good but now things have turned drastically bad. *** complained about the carpet needing to be replaced for the entire 5 years due to it being torn and having tacks coming through you cant even walk barefoot without being injured. I moved in in October from day one every thing has been terrible. They wont fix anything, My wash room door has been off the track since move in. The supervisor **** specifically said the entire track will need to be replaced. It was gonna come right back and he was coming to replace it. After 5 moths they finally sent a contractor out. However, certain maintenance inquiries were stifled since the damages were found to be committed by the tenant alone. In discussion with the owner, he requested not to cover anymore repairs because of the cost from the repeated damages caused by the tenant.
