I was searching for a home and found a brand new build in *******, **. House was listed on multiple sites, did several viewings of the home, took some pictures of a lot of things that needed to be done and directly sent them to the person I was working with. Just moved into house February 26, 2025. Been having plumbing issues where water is at stand still in both kitchen sinks. I submitted many maintenance requests and they didnt start fixing on it until March 31, 2025 once I got code enforcement involved. Maintenance kept giving me the run around saying they waiting on landlord to approve for them to fix it. Its an issue with the drainage pipe. We have been able to utilize our kitchen. The maintenance department are ********! They are charging us for a garage door the clearly had wear and tear issues. When we closed the garage door the whole thing fell down with both cars inside. They came out to fix it but later we received a charge for fixing it. The charge was disputed but we were told that the maintenance worker said that we let the door down on something which cause it to fall. Therefore we have to pay. This company doesnt deserve any stars. I am a new tenant, havent been in my home a month yet and has had the worse experience. I moved in my home on February 21st. I was instructed to take pictures and report anything that wasnt working properly. I did just that. The first day I was there I reported issues with the garage ************** on the home. The WORST leasing company! No one answers the phone or returns your messages. They constantly try to charge late fees when you have proof of on-time payments! You make a maintenance request based off the service list only to be told they don't service that situation. If it weren't for me being personally close to the landlord NOTHING would get resolved or fixed! DO NOT RENT/LEASE FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!
The worst place I ever rented from stayed in a house for 10 years they never come to fix nothing never but always wanted the 1440 months rent..I had to throw away my furniture because water leaking mildew and it stayed like that for years I am done moving

This company has been holding my rental income of over $10,000 for one year and has not released the funds. They state the reason being is my rental house has no property insurance but have not provided me with any documentation that insurance is required. The State of ** does NOT require owners to have property insurance. They have been paying themselves to manage the house but will not give me my money. They will not return phone calls or emails.

This company *****. They dont follow protocol and rules they enter your apt when they want to without notification. So many issues with them. The most recent was when they came to paint my tub after a year of putting it off. They told me that I couldnt use my tub for 3days after it was painted. They came one day out the blue without giving me adequate time to prepare or make arrangements to be out of my apartment for 3days while the tub dry. Terrible company. They dont fix anything and expect for you to pay over $1,000 in rent. They tell you its your responsibility to fix things that are already broken, molded, or destroyed by the last tenant. They dont do walk throughs after the last tenant to make sure house is ready for move in.
