I moved into my new residence in April and I must say the stay has been awesome. I had the opportunity of working with the best leasing consultant AB R*****. AB was very thorough when explaining qualification details as well as the company expectations while staying in their property. AB assured me that the home I was interested in was going to be ready by April 15th and indeed, it was. I rented from this company. Never put pictures on the walls nor did I even touch the blinds. They claimed they would they contact regarding inspection but never did. Now they trying to withhold my deposit for paint for the walls and damage blinds, which is not true. This company is horrible and never will I refer anyone to them. They're threatening collections and not trying to return my deposit. I would give no stars but in order for me to complain I have to give 1.

This company withheld $300 from my deposit for painting. I never hung up pictures or damaged the walls in any way. Paint is the landlord's responsibility to the limit of reasonable wear and tear. The company has been unresponsive to my dispute, and was a hassle to deal with when I was renting from them Disorganized and rude staff. Please do not rent from them.

Never have I seen a company more unorganized before in my life every employee has a bad attitude cant call and tell you nothing my air been out for a month call them to come out and send somebody out to look at then they say the unit need to be replace and the owner say he don't have money to replace it but he continues to go up on the rent don't not rent from them they are very unprofessional and they charge you for everything the send out fail to pay notice you will be charged a late before the month even come in

I was searching for a home and found a brand new build in *******, **. House was listed on multiple sites, did several viewings of the home, took some pictures of a lot of things that needed to be done and directly sent them to the person I was working with. Response was prior to your move in which was about 4-6 weeks, everything will be great. Theres a lot to this story but will not put that here. Just moved into house February 26, 2025. Been having plumbing issues where water is at stand still in both kitchen sinks. I submitted many maintenance requests and they didnt start fixing on it until March 31, 2025 once I got code enforcement involved. Maintenance kept giving me the run around saying they waiting on landlord to approve for them to fix it. Its an issue with the drainage pipe. We have been able to utilize our kitchen. The maintenance department are ********! They are charging us for a garage door the clearly had wear and tear issues. When we closed the garage door the whole thing fell down with both cars inside. They came out to fix it but later we received a charge for fixing it. The charge was disputed but we were told that the maintenance worker said that we let the door down on something which cause it to fall. Therefore we have to pay. This company doesnt deserve any stars. I am a new tenant, havent been in my home a month yet and has had the worse experience. I moved in my home on February 21st. I was instructed to take pictures and report anything that wasnt working properly. I did just that. The first day I was there I reported issues with the garage ************** on the home. The WORST leasing company! No one answers the phone or returns your messages. They constantly try to charge late fees when you have proof of on-time payments! You make a maintenance request based off the service list only to be told they don't service that situation. If it weren't for me being personally close to the landlord NOTHING would get resolved or fixed! DO NOT RENT/LEASE FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!
