Reedy and company helped us from purchase, maintenance and finally sale of our rental properties! They are amazing yo work with and took the stress away from us becoming landlords!!
I have been renting with Reedy & Company for a few months AB was awesome to work with. He truly did go above and beyond helping me. And I was out of town and he still did a great job with communication and all. But the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I been having a leak under the master bathroom sink I put in a order they said they will be out between 8&12 no one never showed up. I moved into my new residence in April and I must say the stay has been awesome. I had the opportunity of working with the best leasing consultant AB R*****. AB was very thorough when explaining qualification details as well as the company expectations while staying in their property. AB assured me that the home I was interested in was going to be ready by April 15th and indeed, it was. This company has been a complete nightmare. Placed a work order in March when we moved in, its now May and we have no air upstairs
Date: April 2, 2026 This is ****** upon move-in, I discovered severe conditions that were not present during my tour two months ago and were explicitly stated would be corrected prior to occupancy. I rented from this company. Never put pictures on the walls nor did I even touch the blinds. They claimed they would they contact regarding inspection but never did. Now they trying to withhold my deposit for paint for the walls and damage blinds, which is not true. This company is horrible and never will I refer anyone to them. They're threatening collections and not trying to return my deposit. I would give no stars but in order for me to complain I have to give 1.
This company withheld $300 from my deposit for painting. I never hung up pictures or damaged the walls in any way. Paint is the landlord's responsibility to the limit of reasonable wear and tear. The company has been unresponsive to my dispute, and was a hassle to deal with when I was renting from them Disorganized and rude staff. Please do not rent from them.
Never have I seen a company more unorganized before in my life every employee has a bad attitude cant call and tell you nothing my air been out for a month call them to come out and send somebody out to look at then they say the unit need to be replace and the owner say he don't have money to replace it but he continues to go up on the rent don't not rent from them they are very unprofessional and they charge you for everything the send out fail to pay notice you will be charged a late before the month even come in
I was searching for a home and found a brand new build in *******, **. House was listed on multiple sites, did several viewings of the home, took some pictures of a lot of things that needed to be done and directly sent them to the person I was working with. Response was prior to your move in which was about 4-6 weeks, everything will be great. Theres a lot to this story but will not put that here.
