As a current tenant, Im counting down to end of my lease! The constant plumbing issues and the disappearing maintenance men will drive you nuts! Renters Beware!

*** lived at the residence for 5 years and have never been late on my rent. In the beginning everything was good but now things have turned drastically bad. *** complained about the carpet needing to be replaced for the entire 5 years due to it being torn and having tacks coming through you cant even walk barefoot without being injured. I moved in in October from day one every thing has been terrible. They wont fix anything, My wash room door has been off the track since move in. The supervisor **** specifically said the entire track will need to be replaced. It was gonna come right back and he was coming to replace it. After 5 moths they finally sent a contractor out. He did the same thing.Just put it back on the track without replacing them. He also stated it was gonna come right back off which it did. Based on our documentation, we have found that our maintenance team has completed the majority of the work orders the tenant requested. However, certain maintenance inquiries were stifled since the damages were found to be committed by the tenant alone. In discussion with the owner, he requested not to cover anymore repairs because of the cost from the repeated damages caused by the tenant. I rented from them for Almost 7 years the owner decides to sale the house so I had to move I cleaned the house maybe left a few pieces here and there & was changed ***** for little to do damage just simple wear and tear! I have videos they even charged me for unfinished repairs that Maintenance never came back to repair plus a broken dish washer that was never used not one time because it never worked! If I could rate reedy and company (********* townhomes) a 0 I would. I only been over here for 4-5 months and been having issues since day one. They are terrible and dont want to fix anything over here. I cannot wait until my lease is over with because this is like living in the trenches. No hot water, breaker box buzzing, lights flickering, roaches, heat constantly going out and I literally havent been over here long. They are painting the walls and moving people over here. They is the worst company to rent from, I promise you. They pop up at your house unannounced, Maintance never pick up the phone to reach someone you have to leave a voicemail and don't know when they will call you back. My family & I been out of air for 2 weeks!!!!!! Not to mention the office people, very unprofessional, don't know how to communicate. I promise it's the worst, please don't do it.

On April 19, 2022, a home inspection found 2 restricted breed, unauthorized dogs on the property. As per the lease, the tenant was charged the appropriate fees. They complained the dogs were not theirs, but per the pictures, there were 2 dogs and 2 dog houses. Very disorganized. Little to no communication. 2/3 of the time I called the office, my call was never answered, there is apparently no one responsible for answering the phones such as a secretary. Their website doesn't update quickly enough to make time-sensitive decisions, I put in my application on a property that was taken off the market earlier that very same day. They are very unprofessional they don't call you back or answer the phone,the house I apply for they sold it den said I was denied just was a bad experience ***************** was ova my application

While I understand the frustration of not getting approved for a home, there are fact that the reviewer is not telling. Often times there are multiple applications on a single home as was the case for this home. Someone had applied on this home before this applicant, then was approved after the applicant submitted the application and brought in the deposit for the home.
