DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We lived in one of their houses for 5 years and got treated like crap. They hardly fixed any issues we had, and then charged us for outrageous items when we moved out. We were near perfect tenants (always paid rent on time, never had neighbors complain, etc.), but they still ran us through the mud. We had SERIOUS fireplace and HVAC issues (Code Enforcement would have had a field day), but they never wanted to spend the money to fix it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ONLY MONEY.

Danielle ******* an agent here is the most unprofessional rude agent I've spoken with. I am an out of town buyer who asked to see a house, sent her the pre- approval as requested because as she so plainly stated " it would be a waste of my time to show you".... This is an empty house that is cleaned and ready to show. It isn't an expensive house either. That is lazy, but the rude comment about her time... classy. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! The way they talk to people is UNCALLED for! Aggressive! There is a time and place! Got kicked out due to a house being sold now they taking us to court for Dec rent. Why are they allowed to keep doing this to families. I stayed in that home for over 10 years they didn't even give us or mail the letter I had to find out by going up there and all to be told oh by the way y'all got to get out! The priority of tenants and living conditions are horrible! I have put in over four maintenace request. This issue has been going on for 3 weeks and finally someone came to look over the damages but within these three weeks we have had to continually deal with flooding that has damaged my assets and ac unit problems. I have recorded and uploaded pictures showing damages and nothing has still been resolved

Ms D*****, I am sorry that your experience with this issue has been less than desirable. I have done a little research and it appears the leaking issue has been repaired. Maintenance should be contacting you soon as they will sent a carpenter out to repair the ceilings from the leak. Additionally, an estimate has been sent to the Owner of the property for the duct work that needs to be repaired. I cannot say that I've had a lot of issues with the company aside from unprofessionalism, attitudes and unanswered questions from the Memphis headquarters. Since renting with this company, two inspectors have been out to "access" the property and see what needed to be done- per the buyer. We have not had anyone to follow up on either of the issues the inspector noted were problematic. Reedy property is a joke they are very unprofessional you can't get them to fix anything in a home that you rent from them I strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to think again because as a property manager they as a business Suck *****
To start off I had to use a different name on here. All these positive comments are for the birds. Not true. We moved into one of their homes earlier this month. We are not happy at all. While I do understand the frustration that this resident is going through, I need to make it known that she was told that this home did NOT have central a/c. She was informed that it had a forced air system which refers to the heating only. The resident even replied back to the leasing consultant who informed her of the forced air and she stated that she looked it up and was okay with it. My apartment is extremely hot in this Memphis heat and when I let the property management company know that the air doesn't work at that my apartment will not cool lower than 80 degrees during the day, I was told the lie of, "air conditioners only cool a home 10 degrees below the outside temperature" and that they will not be fixing it. My roof is also leaking, the lock on my door is obsolete, air and bugs get in from the improperly sealed doors and windows.
