I am sooooo happy to post this review! Reedy and Company has been such a blessing of a company to work with. The Director of Leasing A.B. Rogers is by far an amazing person. He worked with me, and gave me a chance at renting a beautiful new construction rental home. My Leasing Agent Beverli was so kind, sweet, and helpful. She worked so well with me from start to finish. My kids and I are so excited to move into our beautiful, new rental home soon!!!
I haven’t rented from an agency in 13 years. I was referred by a friend and I must say I’m impressed with their professionalism,friendliness and the turnaround time to complete the minor repairs after moving in. This company notified me of the lease takeover but not the company that I was renting from. The lack of communication is not what you will find here. The people that work here are professional and total recommend renting from them. The few maintenance requesting had was done in a timely manner. Kelly Rodriguez really was a great help when I was looking for my next home. She made the process super fast and super easy. The pressure was on because my time to move out was close .
