Reedy and Company manages 5 units for me over the last 4 years and they have been amazing to work with. As a full time real estate investor it is very important to maximize by ROI and Reedy does just that. I like how they have an in house maintenance team and warehouse keeping my turnover expenses. The in house leasing team has done an excellent job at screening my tenants and I love how the office is open on Saturdays make it easy for tenants to pay their rents.
