Have been a tenant in one of ******************************************* properties for four years. Our experience here has been great we love the lease home its very nice. When ever we have needed maintenance or repairs they are right on point responding in a timely manor to fix the problem. The staff in the office are always pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to lease a property.

Ive never been to a rental company where the process was easy and they actually CARED. House searching is never easy, but ********, ************** and ***** really worked hard to find my perfect home. And I love it. Ive never been so gracious. We had a horrible experience with a past rental company. The experience was awful causing us to search for another place to live. We reached out to *************** at Reedy and Company. When we had been turned down by what felt like every other company AB came through for us!! I am so happy with the service we received and how much they did for us! I would recommend Reedy and Company to anyone that is looking for a rental at a fair price!

From my experience as a landlord, most of the time they are responsive and handle everything professionally. When they repair my property they do good work and handle tenant concerns pretty quickly. Not perfect but property management is a tough business. The biggest thing for me is when I received notices from my insurance company or from the city with time sensitive issues, they prioritized and resolved the issues right away, which I really appreciated. Would recommend.
