We had a horrible experience with a past rental company. The experience was awful causing us to search for another place to live. We reached out to *************** at Reedy and Company. When we had been turned down by what felt like every other company AB came through for us!! I am so happy with the service we received and how much they did for us! I would recommend Reedy and Company to anyone that is looking for a rental at a fair price!

From my experience as a landlord, most of the time they are responsive and handle everything professionally. When they repair my property they do good work and handle tenant concerns pretty quickly. Not perfect but property management is a tough business. The biggest thing for me is when I received notices from my insurance company or from the city with time sensitive issues, they prioritized and resolved the issues right away, which I really appreciated. Would recommend.

Reedy and company helped us from purchase, maintenance and finally sale of our rental properties! They are amazing yo work with and took the stress away from us becoming landlords!!
I have been renting with Reedy & Company for a few months AB was awesome to work with. He truly did go above and beyond helping me. And I was out of town and he still did a great job with communication and all. But the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I been having a leak under the master bathroom sink I put in a order they said they will be out between 8&12 no one never showed up.
