So far with my lease takeover it has been a smooth process. All paperwork has been in order once it was finally released from the previous company. The ladies in the office and AB have been great and easy to communicate with.

Have been a tenant in one of ******************************************* properties for four years. Our experience here has been great we love the lease home its very nice. When ever we have needed maintenance or repairs they are right on point responding in a timely manor to fix the problem. The staff in the office are always pleasant and helpful.
