I'm a single mom of 3 children and had a hard time keeping up with my propane bills over the winter. I called to make payments when I could and every single time the customer service rep was understanding and helpful. They continually delivered propane even if I was behind on a bill. Region Energy is a wonderful company and I'm very appreciative of them!

I differed with Region on my new Budget Plan for 2024-25 amount. .By going over all factors Involved. In creating the new monthly payment with Jordan Alpaugh. , We finally resolved the matter. Jordan was knowledgable about the various questions that I posed and the part that I did like was that she was , apparently, authorized by Region to make decisions on her own and not have to discuss each matter with a manager .
