Rehab Medical in Indianapolis did a good job obtaining Medicare approval for my mother's power wheelchair. We were so relieved. The new model power wheelchair arrived. It was so new that RM had to order a speed regulating tool to decrease the driving speed. It was 2 or 3 months before they were back out to lower the speed.

They do not assist You in getting the paperwork You need to order Your wheelchair. When My wheelchair finally came in they scheduled a delivery for 2 weeks out. They said it will take time to build. The day before it was suppose to come they called and said I needed to reschedule My delivery appt to an afternoon not morning or wait till next week. Worst experience of my life we have medical all I do is lie to you and ************* they shouldn't even be in business the way they do business I got to chair this of power chair is not even right and they don't even care and they will not fix it or anything else I'll be surprised if it lasts a year supposed to last five this place is that joke **** and ******* in *********** are both a bunch of lying teeth
I finally received my wheelchair after a year and a half of waiting. One week after I received it it stopped working. It has been 3 months and they still have not come out to service my wheelchair. Then they finally decide to come out to look at my wheelchair and he says my house is too dirty for him to work on my wheelchair so he refused to even come in the house. My house is not that dirty I just have dogs. He can hear the dogs locked up and said he was scared of the dogs and I assure them they're locked up in a bedroom bu... read more
I have had the worst customer service from this company. It has taken over 2 months to receive my wheelchair cushion and once I did receive it, it was the cheapest cushion they could have sent. Once I received it the delivery person took the cushion out of the box, handed it to me and left after I signed for it. He did not let me try it to see if it was the correct cushion or to see if it was comfortable, needless to say it 10 times worse than the 10 month old cushion that I had. I have had this chair 6 months. Pieces have chipped off of one arm. Yes, I hit something, but it isn't capable of stopping immediately. It does one final jerk before stopping. My controller came loose. I reattached it the best I could and drove around that way for 6 days while waiting for repair. It even fell on the floor once. The lift mechanism broke and had to be replaced. The first scheduled repair, no one showed up. No call either. When I called to reschedule, the next available appointment was 6 days out.
