Salesman named ***** was terriffic. He stayed in touch during the whole process and made sure we were happy. Would allow them to supply us again if the need arises. Good company!

You guys and girls are great!!! Rehab Medical in Indianapolis did a good job obtaining Medicare approval for my mother's power wheelchair. We were so relieved. The new model power wheelchair arrived. It was so new that RM had to order a speed regulating tool to decrease the driving speed. It was 2 or 3 months before they were back out to lower the speed.

Rehab medical took a long time delivering the wheelchair. If ****** the technician wasnt so wonderful I wouldnt recommend them.Communication with the company ***** too but the quality of the wheelchair is excellent.

They do not assist You in getting the paperwork You need to order Your wheelchair. When My wheelchair finally came in they scheduled a delivery for 2 weeks out. They said it will take time to build. The day before it was suppose to come they called and said I needed to reschedule My delivery appt to an afternoon not morning or wait till next week. The day of delivery nobody showed so we called the office and they said it will be delivered on sat. Well sat no delivery. ************. Bad business. Will be contacting ******** o... read more

Worst experience of my life we have medical all I do is lie to you and ************* they shouldn't even be in business the way they do business I got to chair this of power chair is not even right and they don't even care and they will not fix it or anything else I'll be surprised if it lasts a year supposed to last five this place is that joke **** and ******* in *********** are both a bunch of lying teeth
