I would like to thank you for all of your hard work. You have dodged the warranty on the chair completely. Now my boyfriend who is paraplegic is stuck with a wheelchair that has absolutely no use to him until his insurance aid willing to pay for another one. Of course that will be a short 5-6 years. An employee, Aaron Brown made me feel so uncomfortable when I met him. He made inappropriate comments and was extremely unprofessional. I won’t use this company again after our interaction. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They have the worst verification dept. in the industry. Not willing to work with clients. I met my deductible and out of pocket in September and have been giving them express directions on what they need to ask because BC/BS has 2 profiles on me. They still can't get the right information and I will now have to wait until I meet my deductible and out of pocket for 2021 before I can get my power wheelchair. I asked to do a 3way call, but was refused.
take me to take my information and wait 5 days to call me back to say that they're not going to service fee because they don't have an office closing up on one in my stadium in the office a hundred and fifty miles away from me pretty sorry service to me and I am very upset about it
Where do I begin?? Let's start by saying that I went through Medicare to get my Jazzy wheelchair via this place and was NEVER informed that it was a "RENT-TO-OWN" type purchase agreement. There was a person named "AIESHA", spelling maybe off, that NEVER informed me of any such agreement nor did I sign or acknowledge any contract to the same. She stated that "my responsibility" for the wheelchair was $896.96...after MEDICARE pays their part...and that she could set me up on a payment plan of $90.00 a month for a period of 10 ... read more
