wouldn't recommend them at boyfriends chair is still broke they just now order the part when they knew for a month he needs this chair but now its broke got told take 3-5 days to order it when it should of been order a month ago try saying the dr hadn't filled out the papers lol. shouldn't have to call about when its coming for parts 2 times had to do that . they don't call the day before they come to make sure he don't have any appointments or dialysis.The call the day of when they have been told to call the day before.
had electric chair brought to my home. I could not get into it. the chair was to high. they had put the wrong armrest on it. and the leg rest were to short. in short the measurements were wrong. it's been almost 3 weeks and still can't use the chair.

try calling back a client might help! three months after receiving a "custom" wheelchair it still hasn't been made to fit... I would not recommend them to an enemy!

From the start iv had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. maybe it’s just my location (Cincinnati)but it’s still their company. First they got the color of my chair wrong and then said they weren’t gonna change it even though they acknowledged that they had it wrong then dropped it off without fitting me for it so I couldn’t even use it for weeks and now my chair which is only a year old is dangerously stopping on it’s own and has been doing it for some time now and makes a loud squeaking noise.
