Ordered a motorized wheelchair, right at the beginning of the pandemic and after much ado with medicate finally received it Oct 5th. Wheelchair is working fine and would highly recommend for other purchases. I was working with Kyle Clark and he kept me abreast everything going on.
I don't recommend Rehab Medical. They sent me a wheelchair that was too wide and too low. It felt like it was made for a different person. It has been 6 weeks and multiple phone calls and I still don't have a w/c I can use. The sales person rarely answers my calls. Today (6 weeks later) a man came down from Indy. He looked at the chair and said I needed a different chair! Hello! I have been saying this for the past 6 weeks!!!
Damian Chestnut is an amazing and caring Rehab technician that puts the patients needs as top priority. I highly recommend him.
They were very polite and courteous. They helped me to get an electric wheelchair that I needed.

Boy if you get this company to order you a power chair because you’re disabled don’t count on them to be getting in a hurry to get it repaired I’ve been waiting for 30 days already just to get my power chair repaired I don’t know what in the world takes so long but this is absolutely ridiculous... It seems like it was a better company when it was mobility specialist of Winter Haven FL ... getting very Mad 😡 if things really take this long I need to have loaner chairs or something like that you could use while you are wait... read more
Super thanks to the great staff at Rehab Medical for helping me get a brand new custom chair that I can actually use. Tyler and Troy were amazing throughout the process and I just had to show up for my measurements! The whole process from start to finish was less than six weeks and I now have a great new chair that I can chase my children around in! Thanks for helping me get back a huge portion of my independence that was lacking previously! :) It means so much to my family and I.
