While we are grateful for the wheelchair for my father, Rehab Medical's service has been terrible. Each repair or parts order takes weeks. These weeks mean that my father is left without the ability to enjoy life and is confined to his chair, with limited movement. Rehab Medical needs to understand that their services are essential to people's loved ones and act as if it was their family member that needed a repair.

worst company after 9 months of messing up my orders they sent my info to a different company, and told them they didnt take my insurance after approving me for 5 different wheelchairs

The chair was new to me in June 2019. ASL went down the battery in August took till mid September to replace. First of August 2020 the battery went out again. Yep you guessed it the battery without the third time and took better part of three weeks to get a new battery. I just hope it doesn’t go out again, but I’m not taking any b bets that it won’t go out again! I have followed the rules faithfully, plug it in at night and unplug it in the morning. I haven’t even taken it outdoors I just drive it around my facility.

We received a wheelchair from Rehab Medical for my disabled girlfriend, and it's been great. However, that's where the great stops. We have repeatedly reached out since December 2019 to try and get another foot rest now that my girlfriend has her prosthesis. We have not heard anything but "I don't know why you're still waiting" in months, and now, phone calls aren't even being returned. I got a new two months ago and I am still waiting on parts for it every time I call about my parts I get the run around

My daughter received a chair in May 2019 we had the chair approximately 10 days and it stopped working. A tech came and stated there was cord that broke/malfunctioned and he was ordering the part. I have called all points of contact that I have for Rehab Medical including sending an email. No response to if the part was ordered or when it will be in. Currently my daughter’s chair that we have had for over 8 years will barely charge and won’t go at times. This has created a HUGE inconvenience in our life as she relies on a w... read more
