Takes advantage of old people. My stepmom with Alzheimer's had a wheelchair that the cushion was slipping down. $2500 for a new wheelchair later... My dad fell on his and slightly bend the bar to the wheel brake. A simple adjustment would fix it. I get a call that they were replacing his wheelchair with a $3000 chair! When I told him he hit the ceiling. They made it sound like it was free to him. Any other wheelchair company has all the prices for the chairs online. Not this company. If you wanted treated well don't use them. If you are over weight don't use them. My chair was not right from the beginning. The first person did his best and I was happy. But trying to get the chair right never happened. Now I am stuck with a chair that is trash. Insurance paid alot of money. If they knew they could not get me the right safe chair they should have said we can't do it. The last two people that cane out need a class in compassion.

It’s been over one year trying to get my handicapped daughter chair right. The worst service ever.

Purchased an Amy Systems power chair. Getting the chair was simple. Working with Rehab Medical was a nightmare. At 1 year, my batteries died. Left me stranded on a 1-mile walk from home. Contacted the Rehab Medical (had to navigate a cumbersome process) beginning with calling their corporate office, who the was supposed to contact the local office on the south side of Indy. I followed their protocol for 6 months. Over that time period, I left 8 messages on their voicemail during regular business hours but received no respons... read more

I have had numerous conversations with Billing personnel regarding setting up automatic payments to a credit card. My last conversation resulted in an agreement to set up automatic billing for the 7th of the month. I was even sent a payment agreement listing all the pay dates. Imagine my surprise when I received an overdue notice for the month that the agreement was supposed to begin. These people have no idea what they are doing!

This is beyond a doubt the worst company I have to deal with. Over a est. 2 years I have had to have things repair numerous times. Just way to many times I only have a Quantum 6 and a hospital bed. Let me tell you why I say they are the worst. * Getting a hold of a human is a miracle. Leave a message and in few days they may reply. * All but one time was a problem I called about resolve. My friend's grandson called your office three times over a period of two weeks after finding the customer's recently delivered custom wheelchair being stored in the garage instead of in use by "customer". One person came out and commented, "Yes, I see the problem" and left. After no one contacted her for another couple of weeks I texted the salesman and requested "the rep's" phone #. Ordered a Wheelchair for my Father-in-Law in April 2018. Have called Support many times and they always tell us that they are working on it. And they tell us that they've set it a high priority since it's taking them so long. Guaranteed us that we would it in August. It's September 2018, no wheelchair. I'm looking for other alternatives to Rehab Medical. DO NOT USE THEM!

I purchased a CUSTOM wheelchair for my mom in August of 2016. It was delivered in October of 2016. Not only was it the wrong color (they asked what color she wanted) it was too large for her. I suggested maybe it was the wrong chair delivered, they insisted it was not. They tried 2-3 times to adjust it to fit her but it never did. I asked for it to be returned. They never picked it up. I moved my parents to NC to be near me and no choice but to bring the wheelchair with me. I have reached out to customer service several time... read more
