I bought my first motorized chair from REHAB Medical. I have had good experiences with REHAB Medical. My recent experience was replacement of parts for my chair. Ordering parts was easy. Once parts were received it was easy to set up the repair service call. Everything was completed within an hour.
Wheelchair was delivered promptly and tech was very friendly and knowledgeable
Chazmond and ***** were wonderful. Such fine gentlemen keep up the outstanding work fellas

My power chair stopped fully charging. I called ***************************** go to work. From the ladies that took my information to ********, my repair tech they were so professional and kind. I needed my chair for an important trip and I got my **************** came out the same day & repaired it. Thank you all so very much for getting me ready for a wonderful trip with my wonderful husband & adorable niece?? God bless each and everyone of you! You have an amazing organization & awesome staff members!!!!
Rehab Medical did a great job getting my mother a wheelchair. Once they entered the picture, they worked with her doctor to make sure she got the chair she needed.
*************************, my sales rep, went above and beyond to help me get a power wheelchair. He contacted my physician multiple times to write letters to my insurance company about the medical necessity of the chair. After I received a denial, I appealed, was denied again and ultimately they paid for my wheelchair. I would have given up after the first denial. I am so grateful for Phils tenacity.
