I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kelly while going through the process of getting an electric wheelchair. She was very professional and at the same time made it a personal experience. Everyone from Kelly who did all necessary paper work to John that delivered my chair, went over and above the job duties. Huge shout out to everyone at Rehab Medical here in San Antonio and to Kelly Hill in particular. Devin C. was absolutely amazing, on or around 1/24/21 he arrived with a smile on his face, he replaced a few parts on my clients power wheelchair. He answered all of questions, even called the office to help us order a new leg rest, as well as ask about pricing for a cup holder. When the new parts arrived he came back out on 2/3/21 to assemble. Joel and Joe came today and they are really quite smart and know just what I need. Very friendly and informative. I'm getting the power chair that reclines and I can get comfortable in. The other chairs I've had were not anywhere as nice as this one for my needs. Thank you guys. I feel blessed just meeting with you.
