Purchased an Amy Systems power chair. Getting the chair was simple. Working with Rehab Medical was a nightmare. At 1 year, my batteries died. Left me stranded on a 1-mile walk from home. Contacted the Rehab Medical (had to navigate a cumbersome process) beginning with calling their corporate office, who the was supposed to contact the local office on the south side of Indy. I am giving one star because you can't give negative. this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. got my so called new power chair in nov. 2017 started having trouble within first couple weeks it sqeeked very loudly from metal on metal it had a bent left hand drive wheel which was from a bent or broken motor mount plus other issues call to have fixed in 2018 several times they told me they could not do anything till it was paid off.I thought they were supposed to fix rental equipment. finally had a tech come out ... read more
