This wheelchair has never worked properly. They stalled on working on it for over a year and now, since the patient is on Medicade, they refuse to even work on it. I've called for more months asking to just donate it and they can't even come get it! The worst place to do business ever!

I don't even know where to begin. Purchasing the wheelchair was an ordeal but it was at the height of the pandemic so I made allowances. My father has been waiting for a replacement part to his wheelchair for 8 WEEKS. The part and the installation charge has long since hit my charge card. The "repairs department" was supposed to contact me when the part came in. When weeks went by and I heard nothing, I called. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They will not answer their phone calls ,or call you back or anything. I've been 2 months trying to get wheelchair batteries. My Dr, faxed them multiple times,still no answer. Then called me one day and said my payment needed to be raised to 76 a month from 46.. not even legal

Im confined to a wheelchair. Waited almost 2 weeks for tech to check my non working chair. Said would order part. Waited another week, called, part has not been ordered. What is a guy to do when his only way of getting around is broken for weeks. Wish I could leave a 0.

I gave a 1 because zero wasn't an option. I've tried repeatedly since last September (almost 7 months) to get rehab medical to release my PA for a wheelchair back to ******** so I can purchase a new wheelchair from another company. So far they have refused to do it in 7 months. I've spoken to ******** more times than I can count to get this done and they keep telling me rehab medical has to release it. This company is a joke for being a business for people medical needs. Once they sell you your medical equipment they turn their backs on you. They never have return any my calls. All they say is I will email some one and they will call back.to you I been waiting over 2 months for several messages I left. They had 2 new batteries sent to my house than they were sapouce to come out and put them in.
