Rehab medical has caused me to wait 4 months without getting my electric wheelchair fixed because of communication issues, and instead of following up on it on a regular basis to help expedite the situation I wound up having to make the phone calls to ******** and rehab medical as well as my doctor's ****** and ******** to keep the ball rolling, which added up to 4 months of waiting. I have been communicating with this horrible company to simply get my brothers legs back aka his power wheelchair. It is going on 3 months that my brother has been without his chair due to the negligence and lying on behalf of this company. This wheelchair has never worked properly. They stalled on working on it for over a year and now, since the patient is on Medicade, they refuse to even work on it. I've called for more months asking to just donate it and they can't even come get it! The worst place to do business ever!
They still not come to fix my scotter at **** s 4th st they keep giving me the run around this is a not so good place

I don't even know where to begin. Purchasing the wheelchair was an ordeal but it was at the height of the pandemic so I made allowances. My father has been waiting for a replacement part to his wheelchair for 8 WEEKS. The part and the installation charge has long since hit my charge card. The "repairs department" was supposed to contact me when the part came in. When weeks went by and I heard nothing, I called. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They will not answer their phone calls ,or call you back or anything. I've been 2 months trying to get wheelchair batteries. My Dr, faxed them multiple times,still no answer. Then called me one day and said my payment needed to be raised to 76 a month from 46.. not even legal

Im confined to a wheelchair. Waited almost 2 weeks for tech to check my non working chair. Said would order part. Waited another week, called, part has not been ordered. What is a guy to do when his only way of getting around is broken for weeks. Wish I could leave a 0.
