This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They will not answer their phone calls ,or call you back or anything. I've been 2 months trying to get wheelchair batteries. My Dr, faxed them multiple times,still no answer. Then called me one day and said my payment needed to be raised to 76 a month from 46.. not even legal

Im confined to a wheelchair. Waited almost 2 weeks for tech to check my non working chair. Said would order part. Waited another week, called, part has not been ordered. What is a guy to do when his only way of getting around is broken for weeks. Wish I could leave a 0.

I gave a 1 because zero wasn't an option. I've tried repeatedly since last September (almost 7 months) to get rehab medical to release my PA for a wheelchair back to ******** so I can purchase a new wheelchair from another company. So far they have refused to do it in 7 months. I've spoken to ******** more times than I can count to get this done and they keep telling me rehab medical has to release it. This company is a joke for being a business for people medical needs. Once they sell you your medical equipment they turn their backs on you. They never have return any my calls. All they say is I will email some one and they will call back.to you I been waiting over 2 months for several messages I left. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. They don't answer the phone they don't return your calls and they brought a wheelchair to me that I told them from the very first day that I did not want and was not accepting. They continually lie to me about what they are going to do to fix the wheelchair. It is horrible that they are operating such a scam for disabled seniors.

It has been almost 6 months and I still havent received my chair. My doctor caused the first 2 months wait but ******** pre-authorized almost 3 months ago. My salesperson has not kept me informed about the delays as often as I feel is appropriate. He also has not provided dimensions and options that I have requested. When I have contacted the main office, they have always referred me to my salesperson. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

We were so excited to receive the wheelchair for my father but service from this company is very poor. Every repair, fix, or special order takes weeks -- weeks that my father doesn't have a wheelchair and is confined to his apartment. Each time you call, the customer service representatives instill confidence that they are working on your issue. However, days are added onto every repair which eventually leads to weeks. Takes advantage of old people. My stepmom with Alzheimer's had a wheelchair that the cushion was slipping down. $2500 for a new wheelchair later... My dad fell on his and slightly bend the bar to the wheel brake. A simple adjustment would fix it. I get a call that they were replacing his wheelchair with a $3000 chair!
