Craig went above and beyond to take care of me and my issue with the piston in my Xchair. He took the time to explain the process, order replacement piston. Craig went out of his way to even pick up and deliver the fixed chair to my home office. We've been coming to the Plano location since it opened. The experts on reducing back pain. To date, we've purchased 3 ergonomic chairs, a Tempur-Pedic bed, and at least a half dozen other items. Sales are no-pressure, the staff is knowledgeable, and the post-sale service has been excellent. If you have back pain, this should be your first stop.

Great Customer service, however there were delivery issues that are still ongoing, however the knowledge and expertise of the staff at this location is excellent. I believe this is a delivery and manufacturer assembly issue from Human Scale that are giving us ongoing issues with getting this right the first time.

I highly recommend Relax the Back in Plano, TX. My wife and I had purchased a "lemon" elsewhere, so we were somewhat skeptical of making a bad investment twice. The salesperson who greeted us, Ben, was just a super nice guy, very courteous, knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart. He used a "no pressure" approach, which I certainly appreciated.
