This place cannot be trusted. I kept a chair for a couple of days sit in at three hours And it was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever been in, it really hurt my back. tried to return the chair and this guy charged me an $800 restocking fee. $4000 chair and $800 to restock it. I am the one that loaded the truck in my pick up and brought it back in my pick up and that is your $800 restocking fee. The chair you purchased was a final sale, clearance model chair and you even signed a form stating that you understood it was a final sale. We were told that your full beds were the same length as a queen, so we bought a queen and a full bed. We even kept asking because we didn't believe it. Well, it was too good to be true and we returned the full bed. Second problem was that we bought full sheets from them and now everyone is telling us that they can't locate the order for us to return the sheets. I'm really upset about having two sets of full sheets that I can't use and I can't seem to be able to return. I contacted the corporate number and they could not loc... read more

Bad customer service, I was not greeted when I came in the store. There was only 1 couple and myself that were present. When I walked in the store the cashier there saw me but never said a word to me until after I spoke to him first. When I bought the back ice pad, I remember telling to have some respect and better customer service when people like myself come in. He stood there and said ok...Very sad..
