Outstanding customer service !! Craig went out of his way to help me order an item , and he followed up with me on the delivery time and made sure I was taken care of 100% . He went out of his way to make sure my product was ordered correctly and delivered to me promptly. This type of customer service is not a common practice at most business's but I can assure you Craig will make sure you are taken care of. He went above and beyond.

I bought a Tempurpedic mattress to replace my old one. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find the mattress I wanted. I had a specific request concerning the order which was exactly handled. The delivery time was to the minute and Johnathan oversaw the process. When the warehouse failed to send a mattress cover, Johnathan hand delivered one to me within an hour.
