We wanted to invest in a massage chair for medical reasons. After visiting many dealers that were pushing features we didn’t want or need, we found Relax the Back. The experience there was straightforward and extremely helpful and we are now enjoying our new massage chair.

Business response:
Stephen, Thank you for your compliments for Craig. He is a great guy and very professional.
Craig Hammond , store mgr, was very good at exposing the features and benefits of the zero gravity recliner. He also recommended my Doc prescribing the chair which he did. I saved several hundred dollars in taxes. I owe Mr Hammond a debt of gratitude for that. My wife had benefitted from talking to him earlier and liked his low pressure style. He responded when asked that your delivery service also included taking away my old chair and ottoman. I’m looking forward to getting my chair and relaxing my back.
Business response:

Craig, our salesperson, was attentive to my questions and showed me the office chairs for me to try, instructing me on how they operate to suit my needs. He was patient as I tried them all, and his knowledge help me to choose the one best for me and my back issues. Outstanding salesperson.

The delivery men were as respectful as Craig has always been. Unfortunately, after trying the mattresses for many nights, we were not getting the... read more
