The experience at the store with David was fine. I did have a problem with delivery. David had said approximately three weeks. At four weeks, I called and was told the chair was on its way. I waited another two weeks and heard nothing. I finally called again and left David a message saying I was getting a bit frustrated with no work. He called me back and apologized saying they had been having problems with the company making my chair. The sales staff were friendly and helpful, the purchase at the store including the white glove service was great. We were promised the chair would be delivered in 6 weeks. At 6 weeks it had not left PA yet; it left PA at 8 weeks. Now at 10 weeks it just left SoCal. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get to us in Alaska once it reaches Seattle. Delivery of cushion was 2 weeks late. RTB does not follow up on customers orders or communicate when orders are going to be delivered late. Customer had to initiate all communication re: date of delivery. Employees could help in this regard as they are standing around waiting for customers to come through the door. The cushions we ordered are excellent. They are made of high quality materials and provided the comfort we were hoping for.
